Duck liver

No different to chicken liver pate.

1 large onion
4 strips of bacon
500g livers
1/2 small bottle cream
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 tbsp brandy
sherry or red wine 2 or 3 tbsps

Saute onion and bacon in butter and add to blender.
Cook livers in butter and add all ingredients to blender.
Blend, adding cream a bit at a time until a thick soupy consistency.

It will thicken more after chilling.

any one have a super easy reccipe for duck liver pate, TIA
