I have just made my first 'batch' it is really nice, but I did add too much salt. My next lot I would like to flavour, some ideas I have are smoked salt, thyme and honey and sage. Any other nice ideas?

Have just made some & divided it into 3. Simple additions of mint, garlic, Tuscan seasoning. Often use chives & any other herb that is available at the time
