I thought I had some savoury shortcrust pastry in freezer, but only have flakey. Could I substitute leek and blue cheese tart for flakey pastry and if so would I still need to blind bake. thanks

Yes you can substitute and no you just wrap it all up in a roll and bake - or use it as a base and fill and bake.
