Large piece of silverside, please help

Hi, have a piece of silverside too big for any of our saucepans or crockpot. Prefer not to cut in half. Like to cook it in the oven, do you cover with liquid just the same? What temperature would you recommend? Prefer long and slow. Does anyone do it this way? Many thanks for your help.
