Slow cooker pavolva or pie ?

pav yes, pie s/c good for making beef/mushroom steak/kidney etc filling for the pie, then cook pastry top in the oven otherwise it goes soggy. IMO.
Good idea when making s/c casserole any leftovers use pie maker to make little pies for lunches using pre rolled pastry.

I have done a pavlova in a slow cooker and turned out okay. Just remember to put baking paper under with enough sticking up that you can use it to lift the pavlova out of the slow cooker when it's done.
