tangy lemon cheesecake? i feel it needs a topping. want to do something i dont have to go to the supermarket for (as at work all day then out to a friends tonight) so strawberries etc out. I can at least by a small bar of chocolate from the dairy.
just white chocolate or white and milk?
Or any other suggestions that i have at home or can get easily? I dont want to do a lemon curd as already lemony!

Topping or decoration? If you have mint, a couple of leaves would look lovely. Is it a light colour? I would go for dark chocolate, for some definition.

thanks. its a pale yellow colour. I dont have mint, have a pile of other herbs, but never grown mint as i dont like it.
will dark chocolate and lemon taste okay together? i was thinking white cause of the taste.
Might combine the white with a little dark and sprinkle. will try for a straweberry cart on the way home but not holding my breath there!
