A healthy recipe for muesli with oats nuts etc bound with honey and oil please

Toasted muesli - microwave
1/4 C honey, 1/4 C oil, 2 C oats, 1/4 C bran, 1/4 C wheat germ, 1/4 C coconut, 1/4 C sesame seeds, 1/2 C dried fruit, 1/4 C chopped nuts, 1/4 C sunflower seeds
Heat oil & honey for 40 seconds
In a large microwave proof dish place the oats, bran, wheat germ, coconut, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds & chopped nuts. Stir well & blend in the honey/oil mixture. Cook on High 2 mins, stir well to break up any lumps & cook 3 more mins. Stir in the chopped dried fruit.
I make this often and is very nice. Can add pumpkin seeds too

I make something similar but with much less oil and honey.

1 tblsp oil
1 tblsp honey

2 1/2 cups oats (not the quick cook ones)
1/4 cup nuts - try sliced almonds
1/2 cup seeds - I use a mix of sunflower and pumpkin
1/2 cup ish of dried fruit - I use either cranberries, or sultanas + tsp cinnamon

melt oil and honey together for 30 seconds and stir well. Mix in remaining ingredients and stir till totally combined. Spread out on baking-paper lined oven tray and bake at 150 for 10 mins if you like your muesli relatively soft, or 20 mins if you like it well toasted and crunchy.

I throw what ever I have on hand, nuts, seeds, etc in with my whole grain oats. Fresh squeeze orange juice and some honey and slowly toast in the oven, stirring occassionally until dry and nicely toasted.

Te Radar Muesli

1 kg whole oats
1/2 C mixed nuts
1/2 C sunflower seeds
1 C pumpkin seeds
2 C blanched peanuts (not salted)
2 C raisins or sultanas (I use 1 cup of each)
1/2 C chopped apricots
1/2 C thread coconut
3/4 C canola or olive oil
4 Tb runny honey

if you haven't bought blanched peanuts the blanch for 10min under 200 deg C grill
mix oil and honey together, microwave for about 40 seconds
put oats, nuts, coconut and seeds into a big oven dish, pour oil and honey mixture over, combine well
bake at 150 deg C 15-20 minutes, stir frequently
allow to cool, then add fruit, store in airtight container.
