Red plumb sauce

Anyone have a nice sauce recipe

Make this every year with the dark red doris plums, it is not to spicy.
3 kg doris plums, stoned and chopped. 6 cups white vinegar,1 teaspoon sea salt,1 tablespoon crushed garlic,1 teaspoon gr cloves, 1 teaspoon all spice, 11/2 kg white sugar.
Place fruit garlic and vinegar in a large saucepan bring to boil simmer till soft. Place spices salt in basin mix with little vinegar add to the fruit.Add sugar bring back up to boil and simmer 1/2 hr till slightly thickened. Take off heat run blender through it and bottle in clean sterilised bottles.
