Have a very hot oven going first.
Get rolls out of freezer and hold under cold running water for a second. Do not soak!
Put onto baking paper and into oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
Crisp and nice.

I put them straight from the freezer into my oven set at 100C, leave about 10 minutes, light inside, crisp outside.
