Yes.its settles and becomes this most delish concoction.Mine from last year have just come into their own after 6 months of patiently waiting.and now I guard each teaspoon religiously.

cant wait for it to mature even though it does taste good now. I tasted this for the first time a few weeks ago and just loved it so got the recipe for it and have made a batch for myself.

I used the one on the foodlovers site and its by Rowan Bishop. If you cant find it let me know and then I will post it for you.

I slow roast mine, 4-6 hours until thick and caramelized for added dimension depth and flavour.
