Chicken kebabs with red pepper, mushrooms and red onion.
Pataks tikka masala with prawns, these are cheaper than meat at times.
Marinated spare ribs or lamb chops.
Edmonds meat hamburger patties made with onion soup mix.
Pita pockets with chicken.
Mince tacos.
Salmon fishcakes.

I have 65 different meals on my meal planner - I started by asking the whole family to contribute 5 meals, added a few standard favourites they'd missed and have been adding new recipes to it every time I find one we like.Tonight was steak and chips with lots of oven roasted vegetables and broccoli.Tomorrow is pasta bake (sorry) because my kids love pasta and it makes great leftovers.Thursday is pork chops, mashed potatoes and whatever vegetables we have left.Saturday night was nachos.Sunday night was roast lamb.

Have bumped the meal planner thread for you - my earlier list is in there . ignore the slightly snarky comments about the vegetables my children will/won't eat - they're fit and healthy and everyone has likes and dislikes. My children are 21, 18 and 15 - they're not just turning their noses up because they can.
