I saw a recipe in a New Idea (I think) a few weeks ago while at the hairdressers - for a beef nacho casserole & wonder if anyone has this mag at home & could remind me of the recipe ingredients. I made it from memory that same night & as well as the beef, it also had a can of corn, red kidney beans - but cannot remember anything else.The dish was cooked in a frypan, trsfrd to an oven dish & then nacho chips were layered on top before the whole lot was grilled.Its probabaly really easy but would really appreciate someone adding the extra bits in here if possible.TIA
