Made a sultana slice, iced it and bluch.Not nice, not sure what happened but its such a waste to throw it away.Apart from scrunching it all up and making truffles which I know wont get eaten, whats a good "redo" recipe!

reheat it and serve with custard and ice cream. other than that my mind is blank at moment

How about using it in the style of a bread and butter pudding.

Turn it into rum balls. Crumb the mixture, add some rum, some melted chocolate and roll into balls.
