I recently bought this product and went to use it for the first time last night. I removed the pan to wash it before first use, but am finding it impossible to fit it back into the bottom unit. I feel stupid but has anyone else out there got the same product! If so does the pan have to 'click' back into the unit and how hard do you have to push! At the moment it is just bouncing around inside the unit and is not 'locked' back into place. I don't want to push down too hard but the element part underneath the pan just isn't clicking into the unit. What am I doing wrong! Thank you.
