Can you re-boil Tomato Sauce?

Recently I made a batch of tomato sauce and then bottled it.It is very runny and I am wondering if it is safe to re-boil it so that it thickens and then bottle it again.I made it about a month ago and I hoped it would thicken slightly over time, but it hasn't.Any advice greatly appreciated.Thanks.

Put it in the fridge, that might thicken it up.
