My late dad always requested these when he had to take a plate to a function., not sure if they'd be a hit today. sliced pork luncheon, a gerkin and relish inside, roll up and secure with toothpick.or asparagus spear and slice of *paper thin* cheese, or just plain tomato relish. I garnish with a sprig of parsley and cocktail toms to look nice.
