Hi there, we have a get-together night ( catering for 10 adults) on fri and I will have to travel immediately after work. I am looking for something that could be made up on thurs night, and will go with a Bacon & Egg Pie, which I know someone else is doing.I thought of doing another B&E pie but am opting for something more original, though if anyone has a recipe for another able- to -be eaten cold pie, that would be most welcome.Thanks in advance.Have a great day, everyone.

Yes, a quiche would be a great idea and maybe potato salad or something and a salad.
