A question about pastry

Hello, I made rich shortcrust pastry tonight and made too much. Will it keep in the fridge until and if soo how long?
Never made pastry like that before, so not sure. (Probably obvious)

it will keep at least 5days if its well wrapped.

And if you noticed a slight discolouration, its the butter turning rancid.

Why not roll it, and freeze it ready-rolled?

Thanks, have wrapped it well. Might try freezing it next time.
