making tom relish and just havent enough brown vinegar, have plenty of white, will it make any difference.no time to go to shop

You can use either korbo. Just use the brown and add the remainder measurement in the white.

thanks cookes. wasnt sure if that was ok.if I did all white, would the tomatoes stay redder.

Yes it keeps pickles/relishes a brighter colour malt vinegar darkens it a bit.
