How do you incorporate oatbran into muffins?

linster, Feb 28, 6:45am
Do you cut down on the flour and replace with oatbran!

linster, I have some recipes that actually have oatbran in them so would you like them, or is it that only want to modify favourite recipes that you already have and use!

SAme as any bran muffin recipe! Alison Holst has a good one. Just experiment. I add mashed banana to my bran muffins. They are yum! Recipe uses lots of golden syrup. A very sloppymixture and not overmixed.I think her recipe uses a whole cup of standard bran.
