That seems around normal for new recipe books, in fact a little on the underside. wait 6 months and buy it much cheaper probably

Just remember that I saw a tip in the cookbook for keeping cheese fresh.Simon Gault suggests putting a couple of sugar cubes into the cheese container to prevent the cheese going mouldy.
