Making paper (?) cones to serve popcorn in

Cardboard is great for this, make a cone shape, glue the edge. Line it with greaseproof paper. I went to a kiddies party a while back and they had made them in different colours and pasted there names on the side.

pickles, you ARE busy this morning.all this bumping.I thought I had today's date wrong and then noticed all the giant leaps you've made from Mon 5 Mar to Tue 5 Mar ;)

Not that I'm suggesting there's anything wrong with a bump - I just get a surprise when I see one of my own posts and it's well past its best-before date.

Squares easier than rectangles

instead of using plastic cups.Any ideas if normal run of the mill paper will work! Is there anything better I can use! Sorry a bit obscure but thinking someone fabulous will be able to help/suggest.

HUGE T.I.A

You could use the cheap kitchen paper (imitation greaseproof) or probably a4 sheets of white paper.

It's not the non-stick stuff, but in rolls like that.Much cheaper.
