Hi everyone, I have just cut into a large pumpkin and just wondered if I cut into roasting sizes can I freeze them uncooked. What is the best way, just in a plastic bag and free flow?

Yes - although I have not done so myself, I have a friend who does and all she does is prepare the pumpkin as if she was going to be cooking iti. e. cut it into pieces, then put the unpeeled pieces into a plastic bag and into the freezer. To cook... . . take the pumpkin directly from the freezer to the roasting pan or whatever without thawing it first.
