I discovered a list of NZglutenfree products a year or so ago and did not save it, more fool me! Cant find it this time so can anyone help! The list stated brands and products and was very comprehensive. Thanks in advance.:)

HI there, it was the food manufactures data base and it has been taken off line unfortunately so you have to study the labels and try and remember all the numbers that are gluten related

Contact the Coeliac society, they have a booklet produced from this list. The mfd no longer exists.

Thanks for the info.what a shame they have taken it offline! If anything.G/F diets are becoming even more popular. Ah well, typical.;)

Meat, vegetables, fruit, fish, beans, rice, eggs, tofu, sushi, dairy products . lots of good natural foods are gluten-free. You can also buy coconut and amaranth flour and the like.
