I do the "usual".ham and cheese, salami and cheese, roast chicken with mayo.My Mum used to do them years ago and I can't remember what we had apart from some sort of meat paste ( that one obviously has bad memories! ) .any other different options would be greatly appreciated.

HI sarahb5 - I suppose I should have explained that I am freezing the whole sandwiches - not just the fillings.Mass producing school lunches for those busy mornings.

, corned beef and pickle, cheese and onion, mince, just bread and butter and send a tin of tuna with it, hope this helps.

From a teacher's point of view, please avoid salmon, or lots of onion. it's amazing how it permeates the lunchbox, bag, and cloakbay/bag storage area and depending on the classroom design (and how well it's cleaned) can get really unpleasant to work/learn in.:-)
