i dont have recipes, but i think anzac biccies are a great budget baking item that tastes yummm

I do choc chip using the Edmonds vanilla biscuit recipe. Just replace the sultana's with choc chips or drops. Easier to make than opening and often wasting a tin of condensed milk.

Hokey Pokey biscuits are a great cheap biscuit to make.

I love this recipe, use it a lot.I often make muffins out of it instead of cake, just turn oven up to 200 C when making muffins.

chocolate brownie is great easy recipe with no need to ice just a flick of icing sugar.

Edmonds chocolate coconut brownie - quick, easy and cheap .

Melt 125g butter in a pot
Add 1/4 cup cocoa and stir for one or two minutes over low heat.
Then remove from the heat and add one cup of sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla essence. Stir again.
Break in 2 eggs and stir until combined.
Then gently fold in half a cup of flour, half a teaspoon of baking powderand a cup of coconut.
Pour mixture into a prepared 20cm square baking tray.

Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
