fritters or slice successfully, and what else can I make and freeze with them! TIA

Have frozen a zucchini loaf successfully.Was reading on here that fellow posters grate it to freeze then use in dishes from the freezer.I use it in those no base quiches although its best to grate and squeeze out a little or else the quiche is quite heavy.A couple of years back I diced and froze some but I didn't like how it defrosted so this year I'm going to try the grate and freeze method for casseroles, soups etc.

I used the mandolin to Julienne the zucchini, precooked it a little and froze it.Next time I will do the same but salt the zucchini before precooking.I used the free flow method.It looks good.
