I am just about to make a GF Fruit cake and the recipes states '1x orange pureed' in food processor. Do I use the skin as well!I would appreciate your kindly advice.

Yes, I would to. Fruit cakes often have peel in them so I am sure it would be fine

I do an orange cake & you boil the orange whole for 1 hour & then put it in the processor.

I have an orange cake recipe that you put the whole orange in the blender skin and all
