Occasionally I pipe lines of melted chocolate on thembackwards and forwards across the biscuit then up and down to make a crisscross pattern.

I do occasionally, but not 'iced' as such. I melt chocolate and dunk them, so half the biscuit is choc dipped and the other half, plain. They look great if you're doing them up as a gift.

Now that's a good idea.It's just that I've got two (unwanted) bags of Chocolate Melts and was trying to think of what I could so with them.I don't own a piping bag but I saw some at NW a couple of days ago so might go and make a purchase today.
