If I buy a cooked crayfish, can I reheat it on the bbq. Just not sure if you can reheat seafood.Thanks

We are having surf and turf and I wanted to heat it with a pirri pirri sauce. We had it portugal many years ago and it was great.

Love piri piri and like you had it in Portugal but I think it's a bit too strong for the delicate flavour of crayfish - we had chicken and some sort of fish steaks - not sure what the fish was but something like haupuku (sp) would be good.We do, however, reheat our cooked crayfish on the BBQ - split them, spread the flesh side generously with garlic butter, lay them shell side down on the hot plate until the butter melts, turn them over and "grill" until a few bits crisp up - yummy!
