I've been given a bottle of this for Xmas. It looks far too nice to open, with the vanilla paste floating like a long pod inside. Says can be used for sweet and savoury, even for pork crackling.Has anyone used it!

What you see in the bottle are actually a couple of vanilla beans. They infuse the oil with their flavour. You can use it for anything really from baking to salads to fish or pasta. Don't keep it too long!
Grapeseed oil is not my favourite as it is a seed oil, but I guess 250ml will be fine!

The label says it just has ground vanilla pods & oil, and if you move it around it goes chocolate brown with vanilla specs, plus one pod/bean floating. I'll have to get creative.
