I guess it depends on the recipe, but I always think brownies are best on the day they're made.

I made raspberry/choc brownie last year for xmas day, was in freezer for a month, came out like I had just made it.

This is the recipe that was on Good morning and won the best in NZ prize so really want it to be the best
