icecream into a jelly ring mould, refreezing it thentopping with ganache.Has anyone got this recipe that they can post step by step please as i havent made ganache before and dont want to stuff it up.Thanks

ganache is just chocolate and cream melted together.

250gm chocolate, 1/3 cup cream.Melt together, either in a microwave or over a double boiler, or a bowl over hot water.

If it's going over icecream you can have it runny like it will be, or you can leave it to firm up abit and using it as an icing.
