Making vegetable kebabs for BBQ,

lunch on Xmas Day. Cherry tomatoes, red onion, courgette and different coloured capsicums.Any ideas on a tasty dressing to put over them.

I have used bottled Italian dressing in the past, before putting them on the barbecue. The oil helps with the cooking.
But perhaps someone has a homemade one they can suggest.

Sprinkle them with olive oil, grated lemon rind, rosemary and garlic or thread the veggies onto rosemary "twigs" if you can get them.Alternatively, Masterfoods Tuscan seasoning works really well on vegetables.

That sounds yum.Are there any more suggestions on what other veges I could use!

asapargus and eggplants are yummy on the bbq.
