Sultana Almond slice.
1/2 cu sugar,85 gr butter,1 cup sultana's,1 egg beaten,1 cup SR Flour,pinch of salt.,van ess,could use almond ess if wanted,Almonds chopped. In a saucepan ,melt the butter and sugar.Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.Pour into a greased slice tin.Sprinkle enough almonds on top to cover evenly and press onto mixture.Bake in Mod Oven for 20 mins or untill golden brown. Enjoy
