Its a very versatile fish you can use it in any of your favourite fish dishes, Raw fish, fried, crumbed, battered, smoked, baked, etc etcIts very good fish, probably my favourite.

My favourite too! I like fillets pan fried with lemon juice. Dont get it very often sadly.

I'm thinking that they would be pretty big fillets or the fish are too small to be legal, or else they mean that the fillets are cut into portions, but yes, usually steaks not fillets.

Most people I know fillet then cut the fillets into pieces, I then cut the back bone into pieces and smoke them mmmmm one of my favourite snacks.
