Downloaded a recipe today, thought it might make a nice change to normal pavlova.Its called The Gooey Chocolate Version, might do a test run this weekend before the big day, sure hubby won't mind.

Well good luck with that! - A friend of mine made this last Christmas and it was a complete flop! (literally!). It was a recipe of Nigella Lawson's and she said she'd made it EXACTLY according to the recipe and it turned out as flat as a pancake! I Hope you have better luck with it than what she had.

Is it a layered pav! I made one a few years ago turned out alright but fiddley.
Yep, I surely are.it looks nice, hopefully it turns out ok, if not, back to my old favourite recipe.
