Need floury potatoes to make Potato Gratin, any advice on which variety is best please. Thanks.

Yip agria, they are best in the winter months.

Agria are best but at this time of year, they are new and more waxy as are other types. You might find it hard to get floury just now but if you can find some of last seasons, you may be lucky.
