Dandelion Jam/jelly. Anyone tried it?

I am new to jam making and stumbled on this recipe (there are others, all very similar). Just wondering if anyone here has tried it!

My sister used to make :Dandelion honey( or jelly) It was a very lengthy process involving tramping over the hill in Austria to collect enough flowers.
But the result did not impress me. Not much flavour.

I cant drink wink, unfortunately.Maybe I wont bother trying this.

Coffee from the roots is quite nice, homemade that is the commercial ones are pretty rank.

dig up and wash dandelion roots dry them by hanging somewhere for a couple of weeks then finely chop and roast in oven or dry frypan until brown then use as normal ground coffee in a plunger or filter.
