Red Cod - quick recipe?

Hi, got red cod for tea. What is an easy way to cook it?

i would put it in the oven in a foil parcel with lemon slices, parsley, dill, butter knobs, salt and white pepper and a slosh of white wine. .
12 mins each side for the parcel at pre-heated 200c...

I'd just swallow the slosh of wine but do the rest as Fisher advises.

hahahaha so funny... how would I know you would do that. . :}

Agree also with fisher nice that way, though red cod does go well crumbed and fried in butter and also smokes well then into fish pie. I used to catch lots when I was further south its good fish though soft textured and not allot of flavour so the crumbs and butter gives it what it lacks so does smoking.

smoking was my first choice but they wanted to cook it :} so offered easy quick way...
