Lemon and caper sauce

anyone have a recipe for this! I would like it with pan friend fish tonight :-0) I have had it a few times in restaurants but cant find a recipe for it. TIA

Lemon and Caper Sauce:

2 teaspoon capers, drained and rinsed
4 tablespoons butter
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest

In a pan melt butter, add garlic, lemon juice, zest, and capers. Simmer over low heat for about 30 seconds. Stir in parsley. Remove from heat. Serve.

Lemon Caper Cream Sauce
Ingredients

2 tbs butter
salt/pepper
1 tbs flour
5 tbs dry white wine
2 tbs capers
1 tbs chopped spring onions
1/3 cup cream
salt,pepper
juice and zest of 1/2 lemon

Melt butter over med-hi heat, add fish that has been seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, remove from pan.
Reduce heat to medium. Whisk in 1 tbs flour, whisk to remove lumps.
Add wine, and stir until thickens.
Add cream, adjusting to thin the sauce.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice, capers, spring onions and salt to taste.
Pour over fish and garnish with fresh chives

they both sound good, thanks for the recipes I will try the first one seeing as hubby is cooking the fish on the bbq, I have more so will try the cream one next time.
