I volunteered to make 50 pork kebabs. No problem and ready to go all but one query! Do I need to marinade the pork pieces for a few hours and if so could you share your recipe with me. I have been on the message board, left, but no kebab marinades, yes I know any pork marinade might do, looking forward to your help.
Thanks

This one is very easy and with a lot less ingredients : 1/4 c soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 2 cloves garlic crushed, 1 spring onion sliced or red onion finely sliced, 1 t root ginger grated finely, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp red food colouring (optional) Combine all marinade ingredients, add pork, turn to coat. Marinate at east 1 hour. Baste with marinade while cooking.
I ave used this marinade for chicken pieces, nibbles and pork fillet. Really yummy.
