Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
120 g strong blue cheese, crumbled 4 tab extra virgin olive oil 1 - 2 tab red wine vinegar or lemon juice salt and pepper 1 tab freshly chopped parsley or chives or tarragon
Whisk all together and toss with salad greens.
If you want a creamy dressing substitute plain cream for olive oil.
