I have seen a recipe on here before for a selfsaucing pudding cooked in cups. Now that i am looking for it, i cant find it anywhere. Would be grateful if someone could post for me. I was hoping to prepare the batter and topping ingredients (with out the boiling water) and freeze! Do you think that would work ok! To thaw pour over water and microwave! My son is in hospital for next few months and is totally over the hospital meals. Thought he could pull them out and cook when he wants. What do you think!
