I make a hot main with orzo. Its a lamb, roast vege orzo salad with pomegranate molasses and feta.

Heres one i have saved, haven't got round to making it yet as i usually have it cold as a salad, might be good with fish.Cook orzo in chicken stock, drain set aside. Medium heat melt good slice butter in a pan, add orzo, 2 tablespoons lemon zest,2 tablespoons lemon juice,black gr pepper, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, stir to combine and cheese is melted stir through some chopped parsley if you have it, can grate a little more cheese on top to serve.

cheers bars and fifie - both sound great - have the pomegranate molasses - have only used it once
