A Tip with Marinade.

I've just read a Life & Leisure magazine where Annabel Langbein has a regular segment and she included a great tip with marinades: she says that once you have made up the marinade, to very lightly heat in through in the microwave on Hi power for 30 seconds - she claims that by doing this the flavours absorb into the meat much more quickly.

I always warm the marinade, I cant remember who told me to do that but I've been doing it for years.
My tip would be to put the meat and the marinade in a snaplock bag, as it makes it easy to really rub the marinade into the meat.I usually give the bag a good squishing a few timeswhile its marinating, just to give everything a good covering.
Then I just chuck the bag out and not have a dirty bowl to clean.
