wimwom, if you haven't already done so I suggest that you try doing a search here on this MB using 'mug' as the Keyword and 'Anytime' as the Date posted - hope that helps. :-))

I replaced the cocoa and milk in the cake in a cup recipe with juice of half a lemon, lots of grated lemon rind and tblsp of dessicated coconut. It was lovely, lemony and light. The first time I'd used strong flour which may have helped too. Prefer it to the cocoa version, and really nice with yoghurt.
