or use the rings to shape the dough! or would they rise out of shape, want to make a Kransekake ring xmas tree with kids decorating and icing it.

I dont see why you could not use the gingerbread in the kransekake rings. I am sure there is a recipe where you pipe gingerbread onto the rings. Will see if I can find it for you.

i did use them, i tried 2 first one using the ring as a cutout and one putting the mix in the ring, the one cooked in the ring came up the best so i did the whole lot.came up FANTASTIC.
