Hi I would like to cut the chicken into like bite size peaces & coat them in something. Any recommended tastycoatings i could use.

that could get a lil fiddly cutting them up like that :p
panko breadcrumbs are always good.Or good old breadcrumbs and mixed heard mixed together.Those ready bought stuffing mixes (Greggs) are tasty for coating.

Basil Pesto / Chilli sauce are both good.Don't cook too long as chicken dries out easily.
