yoghurt one is mine. 1 carton plain yoghurt ( the individual size one and I buy the unsweetened one usually) 2Tbs cream 1tsp sugar 2tsp lemon juice salt and pepper to taste Mix well and use as required. Makes about a cup of dressing.
